Scott Marquardt Joins Board of Directors of RiPSIM Technologies Inc.

[McLean, VA – November 18, 2022]RiPSIM Technologies Inc., a software startup and developer of the world’s first software-defined eSIM ecosystem for use by wireless service providers and enterprise network operators, is pleased to welcome Scott Marquardt to its Board of Directors.  

In his most recent assignment, Scott was the Head of G+D Mobile Security in the Americas serving blue-chip telecom and financial services customers. Scott was directly involved in securing innovative new business with a number of iconic American companies which involved complex negotiations over intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, indemnification, performance metrics, and pricing/royalty structures.

Prior to G+D Mobile Security, Scott’s experience included running Philips Semiconductors’ (now NXP) €500+ million business in Asia where he managed business relationships with notable companies such as Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, Toyota, Honda, and others. Earlier in his career, Scott managed the start-up of high-volume cellphone production for Philips Consumer Communications in France & Singapore, and several senior manufacturing and supply-chain roles at Apple in the U.S. and Europe. Scott holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a BA from Columbia University, as well as 4 U.S. Patents.
