The RiPSIMTM team is comprised of talented industry veterans, each with decades of wireless experience, who share the common vision that if there is a better, faster and less expensive way to do things, it should be done.
We’ve worked at wireless service providers, device OEMs, and global SIM manufacturers. We have developed custom software solutions, designed new technologies, and commercially launched them all.
We are passionate about changing the status quo and introducing independence and autonomy in a domain that is dominated by rigid companies that try to lock you into their outdated business models.
Chris Jahr
CEO, Co-founder
Chris has over 30 years of sales, marketing and business development experience. Prior to joining RiPSIM, he spent 20+ years as a senior executive with a global SIM vendor where he was responsible for new business development throughout the Americas.
Chris has served companies such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile USA, Charter Communications, Tracfone, TELUS, DISH Network, Nextel International, Cable &Wireless, and Digicel Group, as well as many other small carriers and MVNO.
His "customer first" mindset has not only allowed him to new develop strong and lasting relationships but has also established him as a trusted voice in the wireless industry.

Margaret Howell
COO, Co-founder
Margaret joins RiPSIM with over 20 years in the wireless industry. She’s held various executive positions in product management, business development, operations, and innovation roles for both wireless service providers and vendors alike.
Her strong leadership skills and pragmatic style have allowed her to successfully serve broad and diverse clients including AT&T, Vodafone, America Movil, Telefonica, Google (NEST), Amazon (RING), Apple, Tesla, GM, Ford and many others.
While working for a leading global SIM supplier, Margaret sold the very first IoT eSIM platform worldwide in 2011. Margaret earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Virginia and has earned an MBA and Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Maryland.

Kam Lele
CTO, Co-founder
Kam has extensive experience in product and systems development, with over 25 years in the wireless and satellite industry. He has managed multimillion-dollar development programs for terminal development, new feature introductions and chipset integration programs, as well as the development and deployment of new networks. Kam has held technical and leadership positions with Sprint-Nextel, Motorola, LightSquared, and kajeet.
In addition to his role of CTO with RiPSIM, Kam is the CEO and co-founder of Mobile Frontiers, a specialized professional services firm that helps companies develop and deploy communications networks, products and services.

Nate Klonoski
VP of Software, Co-founder
Nate has a distinguished 20-year career as an innovator and critical thinker in the wireless industry. He began his career in wireless communications with a focus on testing and product-acceptance systems.
He has since leveraged those skills to lead RiPSIM's software and custom tools organization. Nate’s focus on efficient, thorough and cost-effective solutions has led to a portfolio of products that have simplified customers’ lives and improved their bottom lines.
Nate’s philosophy:

Arsalan Mehmood
VP of Engineering, Co-founder
Arsalan is a 20-year veteran in the terrestrial and satellite communications industry and currently manages RiPSIM's software QA and release.
He has led a variety of engineering development programs ranging from air interface design to custom component development for major service providers, OEMs and government entities. Arsalan specializes in system engineering and streamlined program management with a focus on meeting client objectives.
